GÉNERO: Charla PÚBLICO: Adulto Entrada libre hasta completar aforo. En los arranques del siglo XX tenía lugar en Madrid, al amparo de las leyes de Casas Baratas, una evolución urbana que iría definiendo un perfil de metrópoli moderna al gusto europeo. En el llamado Chamartín de la Rosa se dibujaba un trazado urbanístico de gran originalidad conformado por las colonias, singulares emplazamientos de la tipología ciudad-jardín que han perdurado en el tiempo como testigos inmutables del ayer.
