Service status

If the app or the website isn't working, it's almost always one of three things. You can check it yourself here.

Where to look

• Database and sign-in (accounts, deals, redemptions): status.supabase.com.
• The website and links (klendar.app): cloudflarestatus.com.
• Notifications: status.firebase.google.com.

Maintenance

When we touch something delicate, the app shows a message instead of half-failing. If you see it, it's on purpose and usually brief.

If it still doesn't work

Email info@klendar.app and tell us what you were doing and where (phone or web). If it affects a lot of people, we'll say so here.

We don't publish uptime figures yet: we'd rather not give a number we can't back up.
