For everyone
- Respect: no insults, harassment, discrimination or threats.
- Honesty: reviews based on real experiences; deals that are honoured.
- Legality: no unlawful content, nothing that infringes third-party rights or promotes illegal activities.
- No spam: no third-party advertising, misleading links or fake accounts.
For businesses
- Only publish deals you will honour, with clear conditions (hours, capacity, requirements).
- Real photos of your venue and products that you hold the rights to.
- Alcohol and nightlife: mark the business or the deal as "18+". Encouraging excessive drinking or targeting minors is not allowed (Spanish Law 34/1988). Posts that mention alcoholic drinks are marked 18+ automatically and reviewed before going live.
- Advertising of tobacco, vaping products, gambling or betting is not accepted.
- Do not manipulate reviews or redemptions (own accounts, incentives for ratings).
How to report
On any business, deal, review or post you will find the "Report" option. State the reason and, if you wish, details. We receive the report with your identity (it is not shown to the reported party).
How we moderate
- We review reports within 72 hours at most (24 hours if they involve minors or clearly illegal content).
- Possible measures: remove the content, issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or close the account or business.
- Whoever posted the content receives a reasoned notification and may appeal within 15 days by writing to [email protected]. The reporter also gets a reply.
