This is a courtesy translation provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

In short. klendar.app uses a single cookie, and only if you answer “Are you 18 or over?”: it stores your answer so we don't ask again. Apart from that, it only stores in your browser what is essential for what you ask it to do (your session, your language, your filters, the codes a business validates offline) and it counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. None of this is used for advertising or to follow you across other sites, so we don't ask for your consent (art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). If we ever add anything that needs it, we will ask you first.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser: a small script sends Cloudflare, on our behalf, the page viewed, the site you came from, your browser and device type, your country and load times. We only see aggregate figures, without identifying you or tracking you across sites, and Cloudflare does not use them for anything else. It isn't used in “Your account”, the business dashboard or admin, or on email unsubscribe links and friend links. Nor on pages whose address contains your position (“Near me”) or a promoter's link, or on Klendar on the TV (/tv/) or on a venue's table QR page (/m/).

Third-party services loaded on some pages

It receives your IP address, like any website you visit, and sets no cookies:

Cloudflare Turnstile: when enabled, the anti-bot check when you create an account, log in, request a code or reset your password, and on what is sent without an account (reporting, “Tell me when it arrives”). It only loads when you open those screens, not on the rest of the website; Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser data to tell a person from a program, and may store technical data in your browser (inside its own frame, on challenges.cloudflare.com) only for that check. It is strictly necessary for the security of the service, is not used for advertising or to track you across sites and does not ask for your consent. In the app, the same check runs in a web view of klendar.app/captcha/ that is prepared when you open those screens and only shows if you need to tick the box.

Fonts, icons and libraries (including the one that connects “Your account”, the business dashboard and admin to our database) are served from klendar.app, without going through Google Fonts or any other service. The only exception is the map library (Mapbox GL JS), which your browser downloads from api.mapbox.com only when you open a map.

How to delete it

When you log out, your session, the copy of your codes, your interests, the dashboard data and the klendar_18 cookie are deleted. You can delete everything else in your browser settings (“Clear browsing data” or “Site data”).

The app

The mobile app does not use cookies. It uses device identifiers for notifications (only if you turn them on) and for crash reports and, only if you agree (when signing up or in Account → Settings → Privacy and data), for app usage statistics. You can withdraw it at any time from the app or from “Your account” on the website. More detail in the Privacy policy. Your answer to “Are you 18 or over?” is stored on your phone, not in a cookie.
