Delete your account

This is a courtesy translation provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open Klendar and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account section → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, write to [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, date of birth, photo), your favourites, your preferences and notification tokens, your location and your redemption history.
• Your reviews are deleted together with your account.

What is kept and why

• Anonymous business statistics (number of redemptions or views), no longer linked to you.
• If you own a business with invoiced fees, invoicing data is kept for the statutory period (tax 4 years, commercial 6 years). Before deleting the account you must transfer ownership of the business to someone else or close it.
• Resolved reports, 2 years, to comply with the Digital Services Act.
