Delete your account

From the app or the website (recommended)

Open Klendar, or “Your account” on klendar.app, and log in.
Go to Account → Settings → Delete my account (at the bottom of the screen).
Confirm it's you, with your current password or with a code we email you, and confirm the deletion. The account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't log in to your account, write to info@klendar.app from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, date of birth, photo), your favourites, your plans, the series you follow, the teams and artists you follow, your interests and your city, your “Tell me when…” alerts (keywords included), your preferences (including translation) and notification tokens, your trusted devices, your location, your stamp cards, your place on waiting lists, your redemption history (including which promoter you went with) and your calendar link, which stops working.
Your passes and their history (if you have uses left, use them first or ask the business for what's due: afterwards we won't be able to show how many you had left).
Your turn in a queue; your group requests (places that already had your contact details keep them if they noted them down); your giveaway entries (if you had an unclaimed prize, you lose it; the number is void in the draw), and the coupons and gifts you didn't use (used ones stay in the business's figures without your name).
What you've been given on the spot (the business only keeps the count, without your name).
The places you've asked for and your “Tell me when Klendar arrives” sign-ups (including any made without an account with the same email).
If you're a promoter for any venue, you stop being one: your links and QR codes are deleted. The venue keeps its redemptions, but they no longer appear under your name.
Your friend link, your friends, your “I'm going” marks, the invitations you have sent and received and the people you have blocked.
Your reviews, with their photos and videos, are deleted together with your account.
Your “It was closed” reports and the review reminders we sent you.
Your “Tell me when there's room” requests.
Your questions to businesses (answered ones included, with their answer) and your “Helpful to me too” marks. If you answered questions for a business, the answers stay on its page: they belong to the business.
Your order today in “Ready alert”.
If you own a business, you first have to close it or hand it over to someone on your team from “Leave Klendar” (in the app or on the web dashboard): while you own a business, the account isn't deleted. When the business is deleted we tell anyone with pending bookings, codes, stamps or rewards.
If you logged in with Apple, we ask Apple to remove Klendar's access to your Apple account (you'll see it disappear in Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple).

What is kept and why

Anonymous business statistics (number of redemptions or views), no longer linked to you.
If you own a business with invoiced fees, invoicing data is kept for the statutory period (tax 4 years, commercial 6 years).
Resolved reports, 2 years, to comply with the Digital Services Act.

1 October 2026: Deleting from the website too, confirming it's you and an up-to-date list of what is deleted.
